Okay, since people need this, I will make it...
Not that hard to figure out for yourself though.

Hex workshop:
NOTE: Use this gunz.exe, because this one is not encripted or compressed, making it editable.
If you try it with yours and cannot find the text, it has been compressed.
Okay, let's get started.
1) Download the links above and install hex workshop. Put the gunz.exe in your gunz folder. Make a backup of your old one if you want to.
2) After installing hex workshop, whenever you right click on an exe, you will have the option to click hex edit with hex workshop. Click that.
3) Hex workshop will open, press ctrl+F to open the search and enter these options:
4) Once you get there, there should be text that says Davd server. Replace that with whatever text you want. Changing the text in hex workshop is a little bit tricky, click on the end of davd, hit backspace 4 times then enter what you want. Your modifications will appear red, that's normal. Try to keep it the same ammount of characters as there were originally. See how I didn't change the amount of letters in this SS changing Davd to m3ms? Don't worry about the hex on the left side.
5) When done, go to file -> save/save as. Save it.
NOTE: If after you are done doing all of this, and you run the .exe and it says something about it not being a valid win32 application, delete it and try it again with different text in it. Remember it's easier to just keep the same amount of letters.
NOTE: If you want to delete or insert space, highlight where you want to delete -> right click -> delete.
To insert, put the cursor at the place you want to, right click -> insert.
