needed tools:
hexiditor (look for your own)
(kcm hight iditor(you find it on this form)
opl iditor (same))
or (maplex if you have this tool and know how to work with it or right your own crc changer
)
calculator with hex (if your cant count in hex
)
let take map 29 28.kcm
open it with hexiditor
than you see this:
if you change the red values to the new name you whant .
what i mean with it is 1D standing for 29 1C standing for 28
so if you whant change name tot 30 31 you change 1D to 1E and 1C to 1F ( this is why you need a calculator with hex than you can calculate your values )
1= 01 2= 02 3= 03 4= 04 5= 06 7= 07 8= 08 9= 09 10= 0A 11= 0B 12= 0C 13=0D 14=0E 15=0F 16= 10 17= 11and so on if its to hard use calculator to calculate your values
than save your changing open it with kcm hight iditor and save it again why? becaurs your kcm map have a cind security code and you need to regenerate it white that tool
and for opl you do the same only you open en save it with opl iditor ^^ gl have fun
ps yes i know you can make now total new maps it isnt so hard -_- (no i dont explane you look it outh for your self )
