I Want To Say I Make That Guide And Somting More My English Is Bad Ok!
Now

How To Make NO-IP To Server If You Heve Roter To !!!!!
And If You Use That You Can Forget From Hamachi In Your Server Game

1.Go To Site

2.Register On sigh up free!
3.write Your Real Email Name And All !
4.Now activate your account With Your Email !
5.Go Back To Site And Login !
6.In Menu Find HostsRedirects And push On ADD
7.Now write Only The host name
And Make A Adress And From That Don"t Change Noting !
Now Make create host And We Done !
8.Now Go To Link download
9.Push On Windows And Download After That Setup And Run it !
10.Now It Need To Ask You On Your NO-IP account
11.write Your NO-IP account And Now You Well See Your NO-IP And Small Box mark It And Your No-Ip Online
12.Now It Your New Server IP AND NO NEED HAMACHI!!

This isn't a release, it's more of a tutorial. A rather useless tutorial. About 85% (rough estimate) of all SA:MP servers use their own dedicated server's IP/their own IP. So this really isn't needed, but nice try.

I guess it will be usefull for people who want to host it at home and have a dynamic ip

but what about people that don't have a global ip? they'r still fudged

SA:MP doesn't support hostnames, It gets the ip from hostnamd when you add it to favorites, PS. Easy way =

Strange, considering the fact the user above you pointed out that SA:MP does not support Hamachi. Stop spamming, you aren't interested in SA:MP whatsoever and you're just spamming the section for postcounts.
 
I would prefer Hamachi. No-Ip doesn't really stand out a lot because it don't work & work at the same time which has two concept. No-Ip may create lag in game which Hamachi is more Laggless and works 100% of the time. It's just that you need people to join your network until they can view or play the server.
