Pretty sure thats only a theory since there was mean't to be a punctuation error in the translated manga that caused confusion...
Was something like "People who can use the sharingan, I, Uchiha Madara -" cut off when talking which was actully wrong...

"The Sharingan's true power...My power...Uchiha Madara's power..."

He is simply listing those who have the sharingan's power.

As its been stated hundreds of times on these forums, the meaning was lost in translation. The translator wrote the sentence like that so it was able to feel better considering the mood.

For one, he doesnt look like Madara, we've seen him in flashbacks and the hair is totally different.

One eye hole in his mask for his right eye, and Kakashi has the left eye.

The armor clothing worn since a part of his body was crushed.
Also wears the mask for that same reason, plus to keep his identity a secret from us for now.

Even his name gives it away. Of all the names, Tobi? Take a look at the word "Obito". Take away one of the o's since he's missing one eye then rearrange the letters.

I'd say just read from volume 33 to get a feel for it, downlod volume 33~39 (maybe 40 now), then singles up till chapter 383.

i doubt tobi is madara and i have to go with crashes finds about him talking about peoples powers and i also belive tobi is obito now since as said by majin_boo the mask only showing his right eye, the black hair and the clothing in which wikipedia said has bolts and other robot features to them could mean that tobi or someone else has helped him rebuild his body after it was crushed

Uchiha Madara.....The Uchiha Founder & The One Who Could Of Took Over The Leaf Village But The 1st Hokage Killed Him & Got Killed In The Fight In The Valley Of The End.

Im not sure if Uchiha Madara is alive or not. I know that he is half demon.His father began the Konoha Tengu (Crow Demons) and he maried a Hyuuga girl and they had a son named Madara that was the first Uchiha.Unlike the much more diluted blood of modern users of the Sharingan like Sasuke, Uchiha Madara had Sharingan on 24/7 and it was far more powerfull than the Byakugan.
