it is a funny thought, and believable. One of the most secure and advanced agencies in the world, using blank passwords. Not all were blank, but enough to make it seem believable -- hahaha - that's people for you. You can put all the security policies in place you want, but "it's not gonna happen to me" will win 3 out of 5 times. ^^
