Ull to Bin, Bin to Ull

This tool is werry simply, decoding ull to bin and bin to ull.
This tool is windows tool no dos.

Pretty neat..!!
The minor problem is that that language is not translated and most of them show up as ... ?????? and stuff like that..

So for the rest who do not know the procedure, you could do this..

1. Download a3ull.exe
2. Place the ULL file in the same DIR as a3ull.exe
3. Go to command prompt and to the same directory.
4. For Encoding type: a3ull.exe /e ULLFILENAME TARGETFILENAME
For decoding type: a3ull.exe /d SOURCEFILENAME ULLFILENAME

The product will be generated in the same folder..!!

a3ull.exe /d .ull to .bin
a3ull.exe /e .bin to .ull
This is good.

but how to convert txt to bin or txt to ull???
0r is there any alternate way to edit the ull files??

how to change the quest exp? means is there any tool to change it to 10x or 100x
& if i have to do it manually .. which file i have to edit ..those txt files or those dat files??
i tried opening those dat files with ultraedit but it didnt worked

use GM Command for that......usually we use it as an event in server....but if u wanna changed it permanently.... just go ahead...errr..... forget the name of the files that have to be edited....lol....sorry...
