Unknown Error

Whenever my friend attempts to connect, he gets an unknown error. All the IPs are set externally, and all the ports are unblocked. I think I know what the problem is, but I don't know how to fix it. In SHO_LS, in the WS tab, I see this:

192.168.15.1 <--- I think it should be the external, but it stays at that.

try changing it to you'r ip
and recheck you'r .ini files
maybe you haven't changed every thing there

or his client does not support
which client does he uses?
