I use this executable for packer my ext files.
But Packer programs warned "This file already packed/compressed".
Then I hex and founded some header like .skydn1, 2.
Do you have a clean DragonNest.exe file ? (Patched skip GPK/ProductVersion: 1.0.16)

Try continue for looking DragonNest.exe before packed.

P.S. I use your file for main exe packing with enigma but not work (Crashed).
(Just little protect from nope player, try to unpack resouce files.)
