Part of the post you referred to said to do the following, please follow my instructions at the bottom carefully.

Download Database.sql
Thanks to Ekemos for the sql file
MAKE SURE YOU DROPED OLD TABLES
Import Database.sql to your WarZ DB

Now

Go to /bin/data/weapons
Backup your old itemsdb.xml
replace with this one Download Itemsdb.xml

You did not follow the instructions or you would not have this error.
Please, go back to the post again and follow the instructions slowly and carefully. We are not going to create it for you. The instructions are clear and you'll have to probably look through a few posts if you get into a bind.
