Upgrading from 0.97D+0.99Items to 1.2xx Server,Can you transfer old accounts to it?

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie here and I successfully created a MU server (Ver. 0.97D+0.99Items) with a couple of players in it. It is time to upgrade to a new server and client which is ver. 1.2xx. My concern is, how to transfer or salvage the accounts from my old server to the new one? My players don't want to start from a scratch again so it would be better if I could salvage their accounts. Hopefully, one of you could give me an answer to this and also give instructions about it.

Im not sure, but you need to find out, how to create backups of SQL databases.
The main ones are: Character, MEMB_INFO, AccountCharacter, Guild,GuildMember

check them and move to the new one
