Upgrading... Ascent

Hello,

So.. i need a little help, i am useing this repack ( ACWeb_Repack3.0.3_AE2003.rar - 68.9 Mb ) and i want to upgrade to ArcEmu_rev2042.rar - 8.4 Mb how do i install? i know to copy .dll files and the rest but, i don't know witch .sql files to attach to my data base ...

Can someone help me ? to tell me witch files i must copy and .sql to attach (like a little tutorial) ?
