Uppercase not work in Navicat

Hi guys,

I have a problem, I use the registration page from here https://forum.ragezone.com/f937/register-page-php-1152598/

All work well, just a little problem. When I register with an user name that have uppercase letter will not work to log in into the client.
I need all the users name to be with lowercase letters, how I fix this?
