[v15] Health bar not updated properly until low hp.

See the below images, When a player is hit their hp bar on the other client is only updated once they go below ~50k hp usually. It seems like the hp bar is capped at 50k hp almost. Any idea where or how i can fix this?

Do you have the HP/MP/FP fix by a chance or no, i'm not sure if it fixes this or not?

Which exactly is that? The only fix that I applied for HP/MP/FP is the one where you equip/dequip items it updates your max hp/fp/mp instantly.
