V83 - removing the need for aran skill quests

Hey guys just got into server dev recently, still a rookie
I'm trying to remove the need for aran to do the quests for skills and just make all of them be given to then upon job advance, couldn’t figure it out, I’ve tried to remove all the “HIDDEN” skills and their factors but with no success.
If anyone have any idea / solution / guide I’ll be more than happy,
