[VB6] Ran's game.exe dont execute independent

Good day to all,

Im creating a launcher for ran offline, but when I call the game.exe, it says "this exe dont execute independent".

I call the game.exe from VB6 with Shell("game.exe")

I think it needs additional parameters or something.
