I wasn't sure where to post, but i think i should post here.

i'm setting up a vb forum, for my hotel. [Habbo].

How do i make the username's glow/glitter like this:

But i don't know how, hope you can help.

In the usergroups, where it says html markup or whatever, put this in the first box:

And this in the box next to it:
