I have a question for anyone who knows the answer, how can I do this :

You can't make a sub forum?

You must go to General vbulletin settings (In your AdminCP)
Click the one that says 'Edit all settings'
And CLT+F: Sub-forum
And look for where it says List sub-forums amount: 0 edit that 0 to like 30

If you want to MAKE sub forums you create a new section,
And where it says Parent forum put the section where you want it under
