Viagra is like all pills, if you use it often then it effect will be less, personally i would say don't use it untill you can't get it up anymore, because otherwise by the time you can't get it up anymore, viagra simply wont do crap.

I like to keep it for later, i haven't got any trouble getting it up now, and if it would take less long but i will be able to get it up later in life, then i won't take any.
