Will the world really end in 2012?

There are prophecies and oracles from around the world that all seem to point to December 21, 2012 as doomsday. The ancient Mayan Calendar, the medieval predictions of Merlin, the Book of Revelation and the Chinese oracle of the I Ching all point to this specific date as the end of civilization. A new technology called "The Web-Bot Project" makes massive scans of the internet as a means of forecasting the future... and has turned up the same dreaded date: 2012. Skeptics point to a long history of "Failed Doomsdays", but many oracles of doom throughout history have a disturbingly accurate track record. As the year 2012 ticks ever closer we'll speculate if there are any reasons to believe these doomsayers.

I once read foretold things by Nostradamus which freaked me out a bit. But it's just like the video say at the end of part two.

There have been so many dates for when the world was meant to end, and obviously none of the dates came true.

Let's say this was a fact. It's quite impossible to change how and when the world is going to end. The only sad thing about this though is simple; The world wont self destruct itself by nature. We're probably the ones who are going to do that job.

The human race have fucked up, and it's not like we can hide it. Sooner or later, the time will come. Instead of worrying about a date, just relax and enjoy life while it lasts.

I read about this in the Outerworld and I really dont think it's true. Probably just gonna die out another one of those talked about stories and then laughed about in the later years if you ask me.

Old stuff, seriously, people who believe in that are kind of dumb, the world ain't gonna shift poles .. the only thing that could happen is that people, who believe in it so much make something happen... Like some dumbass terrorists think that the world is gonna end in 2012 .. lets do something cool before we go down, lets blow up the white house ..
And im sure that there ain't only one idiotic terrorist group out there, others will do similar stuff .. some guys will set up a cult and kill themselves maybe ..

The world will go nuclear and after 2012 australia is like WTF just happened ...
