[Video Games] Wii vs. DS

What do you think is better? Nintendo Wii or Nintendo DS? Wii is just fantastic both graphic wise and just fun wise. DS on the other hand is eh but still the games are fun and it is good for on the go partying with your friends.

for me the DS is way better, simply because i play it a whole lot more

i mean both advance wars games are a good reason to own this handheld console, even the GBA versions! Final fantast tactics A2 is currently taking a lot of my gaming time, its pretty awesome and plays so damn well. Harvest moon can kill hours without you realising, I also found the mario ports pretty good fun too.

Harvest Moon was an enjoyable game even on the PS1, although, I never really got around to finishing it.

Not all DS games are great, look at the 'Imagine' series...what a load of crap that is.

That would depend on the circumstance wouldn't it, I suppose getting a DS would be much more preferable than a Wii, since the Wii is usually only really fun with other people to play with ( Unless you have like 5 people living with you that are willing to play than get the Wii! ). However, the DS has games that can be enjoyed by yourself and can kill time easily if you travel around alot. I'm not saying the DS is the best overall choice, but unless you have a bunch of friends that will play with you constantly or for parties, the Wii just gathers dust some times ( Except brawl, you may enjoy that one game. ).

I would say the DS is better because It has great games like CustomRobo, the Pokemon series, and several others.
