In case the Apache Dot is red, what should i do ?

check port 80 and 3306 by using command netstat -aof | findstr :80 , if other application using it, apache can't run. Try use in VM

If there is a red dot in Apache, enter the xampp folder and run xampp_start.exe

Easy just to extract to Local Disk (C)

Does this work on VPN? How do I change IP addresses for other people to access? Does it only work through Clint or webgame?

The Server Files folder must be on the D:/ drive.

phpStudy.exe should be run first.
Click the box on the left. Apache and MySQL should be green.

After the light turns green Click 1 Start Server. 7 exe will open and you will have to wait for 2 minutes. Additionally, you will see a small box and after clicking it, you can enter the game with 2 Start Game.
To stop the server, simply click 3 Stop Server.
