Visual Glitch in M2 Server Update Mir2

Does anybody have a graphic bug with the latest M2 server (the one that has the guildemblem features?) even though i have set the option to FALSE for this, whenever you talk, and hold the cursor on your char, the text that appears above your head, and your char name, has a background, that is the same colour as the background of the last message in the bottom chatbox..

ie,, if you ! shout,, your name,guild , or txt on screen just becomes a yellow block,, if you just (space) talk, then the name,guild becomes a white block, if a line notice is the last message in the chatbox, then your name,guild becomes a red block...

i know about that, fixed it just gotta wait till i'm done with the guild war so i can release another update

ahh, thx for quick reply,, was going to try release from 05/05 incase it was resource issue
