Voice acting integration for Player Characters?

I am a newcomer at this private server development stuff,
but I am passionate about the runes of magic game and wanna implement new features, so my question is, is it possible to integrate voices for the Player characters and add them to the character creation screen so everyone can choose a voice of their liking?
I also don't wanna sound naive in any way, and I am open to learn every skill I might need for this.

of course, such a feature is possible, however, you would need voice lines for everything, so you would need a bigger team of
a) voice actors
b) developers (c++) who can restructure engine+ source code

You are looking for some full-time devs&artist, so its nothing you can do on the fly
