Wah, wtf, i cant change the FORUM skin

I cant change skin, and this green one pisses me off... I cant find where to chang the skin of the forum! Did anyone find it?

he removed it brob because of 2 much bandwith... it does take more if u upload 2 ppl different files..

i dont think it has anything to do with... i think it wasnt compatible with the new board version (bhaa im wrong...) and the new warning system only works with this skin.

I prefer the old classic one.
