Must be A3 size Created in Photoshop, inDesign or illustrator.

3 People can enter.

A3: 11.69in x 16.54in

You can't really expect everyone to know these sizes, so it's best if you just give them some dimensions of some form. Honestly, I had to look A3 up to figure that out :\

All the adobe programs already have the Size A3 as a default :/

A3 paper? As in 3508x4961?If it's wallpaper then it should be a fair 800x600/1024x768/1280x1024/1600x1200 etc.
