[Warning] Weakness on EP4 server files detected

I found a bad weakness on EP4 server, there is a package of death that can be generated, if sent it will crash your field server I'm not telling how to do that, but I'm giving you the warning, the error that pops up is similar to the error on Game.exe (it asks if you want to report) the field.exe just ends
It works at any time with any char no data required to do this and there is no way to protect us against it, and on EP3 it does NOT work

Hmmmm. If I found a blocking it, I will tell you all. If not found, we are all doom! I think this is the work of e-Games against private servers.

uhmmmm,,,,,,, i only encountered that error when updating my database (maybe the field was confused) then i retry retry & retry,,, then it works again

if that so we should be ready for that error and we should work each other to prevent that error....

(Upgrading/updating an ep3 to ep4 db field error)

you should have patience like me,, i retry retry & retry until the error was forcely removed

and i thought e-games will only strike for Donations for money making?

Then, I told my dad to restart the pc and open the server,
then start/stop/start the server, and it already work ...x_x...

Well I think I know how it works, basing from what Jolin said, that's what most people do to crash servers, (other mmorpg like RO, RF, and others) so that the map server/field server will crash. Anyway If we can manage to make the HS working I guess it will help us...

restart pc only works until somebody hacks again and then it crashs again and there is no limit to the act you can down the server any time with that package
this is for sure not the work of E games because the server crash by spaming a very specific package that has a function in game, but if you overload that function the server goes nuts and just crashs

Yes, that's the problem of most MMORPGs packets spamming that would make the servers crash. And by the way, would there be any way that we could put an "ANTI-HACK" program. For example embedded with the game.exe and when it found a 3rd party program used for hacking or any malicious program like wpe and others, it will automatically close the client?

X fire, that works to be used in private server after some hexing, unfortunatelly all private server owner who can use X fire (its the american version of Game guard) refuse to share how they did it,
the server can tank any package being spammed but not that special one thatswhy I call it a weakness
