No guide is necessary for the web page (i assume you mean the pingmac one). You copy the files to the webserver and edit the config file to add your db details. That's pretty much your entire guide right there.
Or if your a legit private server interested in making serious cash, and you are in it for the long haul and have a stable server machine upload the webfiles to a godaddy account and buy a domain like blahblah.com
If you are using the pingmac stuff don't use apache as asp support isn't that stable. As much as i hate IIS it is built into most windows systems and it handles asp stuff much better (and simpler) than apache. You can find it under the "add windows components" part of your add/remove programs but you will need your windows cd.
