Webadim Website Down But Server Not ?!?!

Hi I played for 3 datys now on webadim. Now the website is offline but when i click on condition of server, it is online. Plz anyone knows the new website or news about webadim??

webadmin is up for 18hrs a day, and down for 6hrs
