Webengine 1.0.9.8 on Web Host Problem

Please help, i've managed to install webengine 1.0.9.8 on my web host [cpanel/linux] the problem is that everytime i click on any of the modules i got "404 Not Found" and i've already run the command for the cron job to run run every minute and it shows success but the issue is still there. Please help
