Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Is I know nfoservers webhost have PHP 7/mod_php

i ran Seifer Panel using xampp then used domain name via godaddy, redirected its dns to the xampp's ip, costs 50 pesos lol

he mean's that seifer panel doesn't support (php7 = xampp latest version )
try to download xampp latest version so that you know what he means..
