You should check with your ISP. Many of them don't allow you to run webserver (On port 80). For example, I could access my own webserver through internal loopback (127.0.0.1), but I couldn't access it through my ISP IP address. If I changed the port.. worked fine, but unfortunately T4C webpatch requires a webserver running on port 80.
From what I understand from the server manual (check t4csfiles.rar, documents section), you *should* be able to set up a "remote" webserver, so your T4C server will tell the connecting client to download the image/patch from a different place on the internet.
I haven't yet tested this out, so I'm not 100% sure, but that's what the manual made it sound like.
