first of all i wanna thank all people that helped me i finnaly got my server online and my friend could join it ^^

I am using ManGOS-Platinum_2804 ( repack with website )

1.but i have no idea how this works i can create myself a account but others cant

2. how do i change the message of the server when some1 joins it says 'welcome to network blah blah '

when i got my account page up i am done with the questions =)

You can edit the MOTD in this line in mangosd.conf:

# Message of the Day. Displayed at worldlogin for every user.
Motd = "Welcome to the Massive Network Game Object Server." <-----------

As for account creation, it should be working via the website if you have set it up correctly.

Go in:
diskw\www\
Now open the files: index.php and pomm_conf.php with wordpad or notepad.

Make sure the settings match your realmd and mangosd conf files.

hey evil i tried many times, when is not sql error is no db selected, i reconfigure my SQL many times, i've recheck pass and user etc and still having problems, i know im missing something but would u mind give me a lil help? i shall send u my stuff by pm if u dont mind
