You are afraid to hurt a person?

I'm afraid to hurt a person, i won't tell why, but i'm just afraid to hurt this person, so i broke most contact with this person just so that i can't hurt that person, however that person doesn't agree with this.

What would be the best way to solve this?

I know i'm not giving much info here, but could you maybe share something about something matching to this...

Because both ways hurt me...

tho i would give more info >.< cause that a fucked up situation and without the proper info a person could make a sugestion that would result in a totally disaster, cause it depends on the circustances
