What ports to open ?

Can someone with router and with the ports forwarded tell me exact the ports needed ? Cause some guide says 4 ports.. some other 3 ports.. some other 5 ports and so on..

And also i got a question.. i want to try an IP DMZ.. cuz i tryed with ports and i dont know that is good..

But here is what i dont know exactly

If i type ipconfig in CMD here is what i get

Wireless Network Connection

IP:192.168.0.11
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.254

Local Area Connection

IP: 192.168.0.10
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.254

Now who can tell me.. for which ip do i have to make DMZ ??? cause i can do for only one ip and i dont know which exactly .. 192.168.0.10 or 192.168.0.11

++ Also who could tell me a program or something where i can check ports if they are open or not ++

It's the same, just pick one of them! And you need to enter your router to enable DMZ... You also need to enter the router to open ports...
