when i open charserver.exe i get error

when i open charserver.exe i got error and yesterday was all normal and the server was running but today i got that error

Could not bind socket.

That means that the socket (29100 in the case of charserver) is already in use by something else.

My guess is that you are running it twice. possibly you started charserver rather than login by accident then ran charserver again.
