Where can i find my ro launcher?

Help me about this cause i cannot find my ro launcher though there is no error about my files when i run the server-sql help me about this one..i think no one heares me here cause this is my 4th post then no one reply my post... This time reply me a post plz....

What you mean with ro launcher? you just need to run runserver-sql.bat and wait map-server finish loading/load.
