No, that will shows his computers IP, not his virtual machines IP.

Goto your network properties and take a look at your IP there, do it inside linux, not windows.

ok, it too show in terminal (in centOS) writing ifconfig and finish :p

what if the ip of my centos is different on the ip of my vmnet8 and vmnet 1? on what side should i edit?

Is normal the Ip of Centros be Different of vmnet8 and vmnet1... use that ip to connect on winscp and putty!!
