v1.5.5 - for example recently it has started spamming about "The Summer Blessing Event has begun! Please find Blessing Envoy and make your wish under the Wish Tree". I'm just curious where these are defined. I expected there was some section in elements.data for it, but nothing there and nothing in tasks.data.
The date ranges for picking the quests from the NPC are in tasks.data, but they have dates back in 2015-2017. I was just going to update these to current years and match the date ranges that the red text comes out, but no clue where to look for the date ranges of various red text messages.
