Where I can download HEX 913 or HEX 906

my client cannot work with latest vidar 8.0.0.0 because I dun have HEX that work with 906 or 913 protocol...

1. where I can download this client files that can work with new vidar server protocol... ??
2. any other solution or client files that I can connect my client with vadar latest server... ??
