Which handler handles character spawning?

RZ,
I'm trying to find out which handler handles spawning the character into the map from the login screen.

For example:
Login, Select Channel, Select Character, Spawns Character into last Map.

Which handler handles spawning the character into the last map?
I need to know because I wanted to insert a snippet of code to teleport players out of Road of Regrets 4/5 because of lilynouch's bugged attack giving an error 38.
