Well its gonna be their 8th album (3rd studio album) and although i've always loved them, i hope it follows suit with their previous studio releases; Hybrid Theory and Meteora... because honestly i hate their other albums (especially Reanimation and Collision course).
Well ill do like old ones ... ignore that commercialized rap!
new songs will be more agressive, have u heard qwerty? more like that

Hope all the other songs wont be like Qwerty, its completely not their style and just... not them. Always liked em cos their sound was not like other bands, but Qwerty just makes em sound like another hardcore metal band with a lil rap thrown in.
i like qwerty. but yah i did prefer there old songs. but cant wait to hear there new songs.

Liked meteora very much so I hope this one will be like it, I didnt listen to qwerty yet I'm dl-ing it atm, Breaking The Habbit ftw.
Linkin Park will never be considered hardcore metal no matter how much they try. They don't even sound metal. And the only band who can mix metal and rap is Rage Against The Machine.

I hope they dont try and sound "hardcore" that just isn't them... To me they've been typecast into the Hybrid Theory and Meteora feel, and I hope they stay with it.

aye, not saying that they were hardcore metal, but Qwerty sounds like they were trying some hardcore stuff... dont rly know how else do describe the vocals lol.
I love them cos theyre music carries so much emotion more then you'l ever find in any rock band escpially songs like faint, breaking the habit, in the end, easier to run

Not exactly, the listener creates what they want. Interpretation is what makes the music.
well i have to disagree because some rap is just horrible and has nothing to do with the title of the song. i doubt linkin park will be like that.well your kinda right depends on your taste. but truly good music every should be able to tell if its good. which i think they can do.

hmm wrong, there are ppl who like rock and there are ppl who are listening to all what thay see on tv, i hear lp and other rock bands but i cant hear 50cent, it depends from the age too, its like wtf when 10 age old kid hearing slipknot and saying its the best group ever made, all ppl have their music and they decide what is good and what's not!
p.s gab i was hearing iron maiden when i was 8 cuz my father was listening to it but now i dont understand why i hearing that, that same how i watched power rangers... there will be always wars about music but no one will be the winner ^^
