Why do i crash on this item

i setup item enc for an example
3863 attack_rate_opt_1 = 12 str_lmt_1_opt2=1
this one works
3864 attack_rate_opt_1 = 12 str_lmt_1_opt2=2
on this one i crash but if i setup
3863 attack_rate_opt_1 = 12 str_lmt_1_opt2=2
this works i see the other ite
why 3864 dont work than?
I also copy my item 3863 in scp that works to 3864
With nr 2 on line opt 2
Restart the server it still crashes ???
Id 2 i did in cabal dec at avatar 12 nr 2 to the efx file of the items 3864 should be

Its an example that i do
Becouse i used an item that worked and copied info over coz its also sword costume i just need to chane one nr and efx for that item in enc and cabal enc
But will provide more info like you ask
