Y my cabal server after ppl number reach a limit then it will make the login to the chnl and after chooose char become slower

did you try increasing your limit? and check if the same thing happens above your old limit?

can your processor & bandwidth cope with the number of users your server is having?

btw your server coudl be hosted by using streamyx
which probally sucks for hosting coz upload speed sucks to maximum ^^
