why my character dont have skills?

hmm i wanna ask you guy.my server have problem with skills on charecter.
my server already to conected to playing. but why i cannot up my skills after my lvl up. i have 10 point skills for vagrant.but i cant up any skills my character. how to fix this?

Use the SEARCH button.

1. Wrong section, use the appropriate section to ask a question. This is the only warning. after which I will infract each thread thereafter. and that goes for all.

2. Please learn to search for your answer before posting a question. most likely its around here somewhere.

3. It appears that guy must've been looking at more than one screen before he posted. Judging by his posts he is a maple regular. rookie mistake at best.
