Why No Server Appears?

can u tell me whats wrong with my set up? coz my players can`t see server T_T

Do you use an internet security program/ridiculously stupid Firewall?
Do you have the locator on?
Is your IP Static or Dynamic,and if it is Dynamic,has it changed since you edited your system.xml with the Computer IP?
Answer these questions,one of them could fix your problem.
