Why?

How come when someone else(not the hoster which is me) tries to log in they always get
"cannot connect to server"
can you guys advise my on what to do? Thanks

Locator is ok?
Locatorstatus is ok?
Server is ok?
Serverstatus is ok?
Right ip's in system.xml?
