whydb install help Ascent

Ok, well i am trying to install whydb and am using the tool.bat file, which is very useful. Though whenever i try and import the character and logon files i always get "the system can not fin the path specified." What is wrong with this? Do i need to edit a config, if so can you guys teach me how to install this DB. I looked around the forum there isnt much on this.
