Windows 2008 Server Enterprise

Hey, i'm trying to run a KO server in this new OS. I installed SQL 2005 and noone could connect to the game, always said Invalid Password. I tryed changing the Account_login procedure and stayed the same.. Later i changed to SQL 2000 (the one i still have KO running in another computer) and now Server Manager wont load Version Table... I have the same server files and DB in both computers, in Windows XP they run, in this new OS only version manager wont load... anyone knows what the problem is and how to solve it?

just try different login server exe

i did and all done the same.. its a weird error i was getting with SQL 2005 also.. is it becouse of the difference of ODBC like windows vista?
