Windows security setting

Anyone knows here how to configure windows security setting to block installing any programs and softwares to your computer.

What windows do you have? If you have XP you can limit each account's usage if your an Administrator...

create a new account give it guest settings, i think u can disable it there.. or use sum os like 2000 or 2003, which is based on that ****

they can still install stuff on computer but not in HDD root and if it doesn't plays with windows registration services,etc,etc....

What you should get is Novell, should have a program that blocks install anything and also through networks as well...
