World Map To Big?

For a 1.3.6 server i am Dev on the world map is too big (top and bottom cut off) how can i fix this? no matter how high of res its still cut off, what do i edit to make it a 1.3.6 world map and not a 1.4.*? Any help would be appreciated!

There is an elementclient.exe editor in Releases section.
